Founder Notes From the Start

A short note on building in public, learning from customers, and staying close to the work.

The earliest stage of a product has a useful kind of honesty. There is not enough surface area to hide behind process, dashboards, or polish. The product either helps someone move forward, or it does not.

I am interested in that moment because it rewards directness. Talk to the person with the problem. Build the smallest useful version. Notice what creates relief. Remove what gets in the way.

This site is a place to keep those notes visible while I work through product ideas, engineering decisions, and the parts of entrepreneurship that are harder to measure.
